My wife and I have used California Window Fashions since we bought our home in September 2004. Craig Smith is knowledgeable and professional. We have never had any problems with him or the other employees. You pay a little more with the high quality Hunter/Douglas brand, but the service after the sale cannot be beat. Any time a window covering has a problem, Craig promptly fixes it. If it has to be sent back to the factory - the turn around time is minimal. We are extremely pleased with Craig and recommend him to anyone looking for quality window fashions accompanied with professional and prompt customer service.
